Kimbra has gained instant stardom in a very short amount of time after her collaboration with Gotye on the song “Somebody That I Used To Know.” But what fans may not know is that Kimbra can stand her ground without a male vocalist beside her, as evidenced in her album Vows, due out May 22. The Counting Crows just released a BitTorrent Bundle of new music, with 4 full tracks from an album called Underwater Sunshine. The bundle also includes liner notes and wallpaper images. To be completely honest I kind of let the Counting Crows slip from my mind. I mean, once a band starts doing soundtracks to children’s movies on a regular basis, you have to question their coolness factor. But from what I’ve heard on these tracks, the band is far from uncool. Tracks are:

Dawes is scheduled to release Nothing Is Wrong on June 7. You can download “If I Wanted Someone” from their blog for a sneak peak.
