Bandcamp – Promote music by selling it on a sliding scale with the “name your price option.” This is a great way to discover new music while remaining thrifty. =)
The Hype Machine – The most blogged about music, customized to your musical preferences.
Soundcloud – Share your music with the world for free. Or, hear the masterpieces of other artists.
KROQ - The world famous radio station from Los Angeles and Orange County California. Bands frequently choose KROQ as their radio station of choice to premiere new songs well before they reach smaller town radio stations.
Free Music Downloads Added Frequently:
Urban Outfitters - 5 free tracks available for download every Monday. There are also hundreds of downloads available from past Mondays, as well as “LSTN” albums.
